Return Authorization

• All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
• Returns without an RMA number will not be credited.
• RMA numbers are valid for 5 working days after issuance.

Return Conditions

• Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging and as-shipped condition.
• All returns must include a copy of the invoice or the invoice number and date.
• ALL RETURNS are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Reporting Shortages or Defects

• Shortages or defective items must be reported within 7 business days of delivery.

Return Deadlines

• Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from the delivery date.
